• Celebration cake orders require a minimum of 5 days’ notice

• For orders required within 5 days of pickup, please contact us before placing your order

• Orders placed within 5 days without prior confirmation may be cancelled. If a refund is required, the payment service provider’s transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Smooth, light, and creamy texture with your choice of cake flavour

• A variety of cake flavours are available; however, the outer coating and decorative details are vanilla-flavoured to ensure stability and finish

• Each cake is individually handcrafted — colours and details may vary slightly

Writing on Cake

A short message (e.g. Happy Birthday!) can be piped in buttercream either on the top of the cake or on the cake board, depending on the design.

Standard Height

(4 cake layers + 3 cream layers)

Serving size: coffee slices

• 5” — approx. 10 servings

• 6” — approx. 20 servings

• 7” — approx. 30 servings

Storage & Serving

• Best enjoyed within 3 days

• Refrigerate if not consumed on the pickup or delivery day

• Bring to room temperature for 2 hours before serving for the creamiest texture

• The buttercream should feel soft to the touch when ready to enjoy

Custom Cake Cancellation Policy

As each custom cake is specially designed and prepared just for you, all confirmed custom cake orders are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change — one date change is permitted if requested at least 7 days prior to your original pickup date (subject to availability).

Pickup & Delivery

Due to an app configuration issue, the pickup date & time selector may not appear for some orders. If this happens, please leave your preferred pickup date & time in the order notes when placing your order.
