• For orders within 5 days of pickup, please contact us before placing an order.

• Orders placed within 5 days without prior confirmation may be cancelled. If a refund is required, the payment service provider’s transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Handcrafted edible florals made with Italian meringue buttercream

• Soft, creamy texture with a delicious flavour of your choice

• Various cake flavours are available, however the outer coating and floral decorations are vanilla flavoured due to cream consistency. 

• Floral designs are assorted and crafted in a mixed colour palette. For custom colour requests, please contact us after placing your order.

Storage

• Fresh for up to 3 days

• Refrigerate if not consumed on the pickup/delivery day

• Bring to room temperature for 1–2 hours before serving for the creamiest texture

• The icing should feel soft to the touch when ready to enjoy

Custom Cake Cancellation Policy

As each custom cake is specially designed and prepared just for you, all confirmed custom cake orders are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change — one date change is permitted if requested at least 7 days prior to your original pickup date (subject to availability).

Pickup & Delivery

Due to an app configuration issue, the pickup date & time selector may not appear for some orders. If this happens, please leave your preferred pickup date & time in the order notes when placing your order.

• Available during Milloie Cakery opening hours (199 Lyons Rd. Drummoyne)

• Outside opening hours → appointment only

Delivery

• Available for an additional fee (varies by location)
